Meet Rainer
In humble service to your well-being
Rainer’s journey with Yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda began in 2016, when she first left home and stepped foot onto the sacred land of Anuttara Ashram in northern BC. Drawn to this world of inner and self exploration, an intimate connection was made with life and the doors to the heart were opened wide.
Through the blessings of her dear teachers, Bhairav and Artemis, she was able to complete their 200hr Yoga and Meditation teacher training in 2019, ripen and share in these teachings at the Ashram, and eventually take part in completing two traditional Tantric sadhana initiations with Guruji Maharaj at Shivoham Ashram in India.
Today, Rainer is immersed in deepening her connection with Ayurveda as a lifelong journey of curiosity and finding intimacy with life. She is in the midst of creating offerings to her community as a certified Ayurvedic Health Advisor, helping to share the ancient and holistic teachings that Ayurveda has to offer in a time where learning to reconnect with Nature and her natural rhythms are of the essence.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a profound “science of life” recorded in the Vedas, and realized through enlightened rishis or seers on the slopes of the Himalayas over 5000 years ago. Traditionally, orally passed on from teacher to student, this living tradition remains alive today in those who have helped to preserve and maintain this body of wisdom through actively living it and passing it along to each generation.
Prevention, Recovery, Longevity
Ayurveda sees humans as a microcosm, as the whole of the universe residing in each of us. It is a holistic medicine that looks to connect all aspects of the human being, body, mind and spirit. Emphasis is placed on bringing energy into balance by examining the qualities of imbalance, rather than focusing on disease or pathology. Ayurveda looks to restore balance by removing the root cause (Nidana Parivarjana), creating space to return to one’s natural state of harmony using the principles of prevention, recovery, and longevity.
Self-healing
Each person is seen to have a unique constitution (Prakruti), and has the ability to fascilitate their own self-healing through awareness, patience and self-responsibility.
